Biography
More about my latest role and how I got here:
Over the course of a decade, my career has evolved, taking me from the realms of visual and digital design to the captivating world of human-centric research and design. Most recently I worked as a Product Design consultant leading the UX strategy for an e-commerce skincare brand set to launch in May 2025. My role focused on optimising the digital experience to ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-converting customer journey.
Aspects I’m most passionate about, and why:
My passion for user-centricity is the driving force behind my work in UX design. Through research, I've garnered valuable insights that have shaped the course of successful design projects. Witnessing the positive impact of our designs on users and the success of our clients' ventures has been incredibly rewarding.
Biggest professional highlight:
A career highlight remains my role as delivery lead and UX/UI designer for Woolworths Group, one of the most prominent clients at blueegg, where I drove successful project outcomes across multiple transformation initiatives within a project that saw a 12% increase in monthly users. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution with key stakeholders and developers.
I leveraged agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana for efficient project management, actively participating in all agile rituals—daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
By enhancing user experiences through research, information architecture, and content management, I ensured deliverables aligned with brand guidelines, client objectives, and accessibility standards, all while working within an established design system.
What am I looking for right now?
Looking forward, I'm excited to continue my pursuit of growth, working for organisations that share my dedication to elevating the user experience. As I embark on new challenges, my focus remains firmly on designing products that not only delight users but also drive tangible business results and expand their capacity for impact, bringing success to both our clients and the companies we serve. I'm open to exploring opportunities that allow me to apply my diverse skill set, make a meaningful impact, and contribute to the creation of products that leave a lasting, positive impression on users' lives.
Let's create something extraordinary together! 🚀
